Three great singers and three great musicians take you back to a time when great songs told great stories. With hits from such story-telling legends as Arlo Guthrie, Glen Campbell, Don McLean, Kenny Rogers, Harry Chapin, Gordon Lightfoot, The Eagles, and many more, you will be blown away by the sheer volume of hits in this show. Told against the backdrop of the stories behind the stories and the storytellers, this musical trip down memory lane will reveal things you never knew. After experiencing ALICE’S RESTAURANT, you will depart the theatre with a headful of wonderful tunes and memories. Just a few of the many great songs you will hear and learn about include: Alice’s Restaurant Masacree, The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia, Harper Valley PTA, Wichita Lineman, Coal Miner’s Daughter, American Pie, The Gambler, Cat’s in the Cradle, In the Ghetto, and The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
